Entering new age of a Third Colony, of New World Chaos? Northern powers to cooperate to successfully conquer the world.

Maybe we are entering a Third Colony age. That is, north western powers need to cooperate to create and KEEP subjugated colonies in the world.
Not as previously when German Third Reich destroyed British World Colonial Empire and attempted its own, when France competed with Great Britain.

Now that socialist eastern empire of Soviet Union is no more, for successfully recolonizing Africa, parts of Asia, and more, they may have to avoid competition wars - empires of Great Britain, France, because Germany and Japan are out of quest for colonies.
China is not aggressive enough, same India.

USA already has a tremendous influence, and i do think that ANY recourse to MILITARY violent colonial war occupations is repeating a big mistake.

And also it is self defeating.
