Congress needs to pass a law that any inside operation self inflicted wound on US soil is strictly prohibited, and no inside operation with any loss of US lives is also not permissible ... defend against enemies - but do not manufacture them for war profits - sue them, fight them - but no preventative preemptive wars - that would be a crime ..... America right now has no enemies but their own military industrial intelligence complex, hungry for...
