Real financial reform: Tax Wall Street gambling speculation, create public bank and public credit rating agency. In Japan, State Post Office is a big lender. Create public central bank, not controlled by private secret societies, but by the public elected officials. Money for bailouts would have bought a public bank, a public option just as in healcare, to keep in check private fraud, corruption, abuses of power, market corruption.
