Android users hit by malware attacks

Tens of thousands of users of Android-based smartphones have downloaded applications capable of taking over their phones with malicious software designed to steal data or send expensive messages, security experts have warned.

HTC unveils six new Android devices


at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona the Desire S, Wildfire S, Incredible S, ChaCha and Salsa phones. HTC also launched the seven-inch Flyer, the company’s first tablet device.
