Start recolonization and/or genocide by bombing the country into last century - massive aerial assault on bridges, roads, power stations, hospitals, infrastructure - just as in Iraq, and also Afghanistan.
That will bring chaos, poverty, starvation, possibly civil war and disintegration of a nation.
